AP - LOS ANGELES (AP) An attorney who claims to represent Britney Spears has filed papers to move her conservatorship case from the Los Angeles County Superior Court to federal court, but legal experts question whether his legal strategy is viable and whether he can represent the troubled pop star at all.

Paul McCartney is set to pay over $100 million to Heather Mills as part of their divorce settlement. Mills will also get $5 million of annual payments until their 4-year-old daughter Beatrice turns 18. Mills has custody of Beatrice, but McCartney will have visitation rights.
