John Cusack's alleged stalker is behind bars - for now.

Despite a restraining order barring her from approaching Cusack, hardcore fan Emily Leatherman showed up outside his home in Malibu on Sunday night.

Deputies were called to the 24000 block of Malibu Road about 7 p.m. Sunday after a cab driver reported that a passenger was refusing to pay a fare for a ride to that area.

As deputies approached the scene, they were flagged down by Cusack, who told them he recognized the woman in the cab and that she had been stalking him.

Leatherman is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Hope Leatherman gets some psychological help when she gets out!

And hopefully she gets a nice dermatologist in jail!

Of all the places in the world, the artist sometimes known as Ginger was at the Upright Cabaret at Mark's in West Hollywood on Saturday night.

She loves show tunes too! That just makes her that much more of a gay icon!

We instantly hit it off. It was one of those "You had me at hello" moments.

We think we had her when we started singing the lyrics to Mi Chico Latino. Yeah, we have all of Geri's solo albums. They're good, bitches!

It turns out that Miz Halliwell was there with a friend of hers that was one of the dancers on the Spice Girls tour. Her friend is friends with our friend, Broadway diva Pia Glenn, who performed at the Upright Cabaret and KILLED IT.

We had no idea the house would be packed with celebs. We also spotted: Josh Groban, Grey's Anatomy doc Sara Ramirez, Ugly Betty's Michael Urie and Who's The Boss alum Danny Pintauro.

It was such a fun night. We'll definitely do it again soon.

To make matters even worse, reports are surfacing that Ava, Sambora's 10 year old daughter, was in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest!!!!! WTF?!?! As we mentioned first, earlier today, Richie Sambora was arrested for drunk driving Tuesday night.

To make matters even worse, reports are surfacing that Ava, Sambora's 10 year old daughter, was in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest!!!!!

WTF?!?!

It's one thing to drive around alone and drunk, but to do so with your daughter in the car? Crazy!

Not that you should be driving drunk in the first place!

Police are not yet confirming or denying that it was Sambora's daughter in the car, since the situation is still under investigation.

Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz told Us Weekly that "There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles. The officer [that arrested Sambora] formed the opinion that Mr. Sambora had been operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol."

Sambora is set to appear in court on May 7th.

Let's hope he doesn't drive for a while.

Banks just recently finished shooting a movie titled Zack and Miri Make a Porno.

The W. film will begin shooting in April or May in Louisiana.

The screenplay was written by Oliver Stone and his co-writer on Wall Street, Stanley Weiser.

Reps for Dark Knight confirmed that any film memorabilia out there are fakes, "There are no Dark Knight posters or memorabilia connected to the movie on sale yet. We are investigating how they have been pirated."

We don't mind so much selling posters and shiz, but passing off signed pictures as authentic when they are not????

Chase Tatum, a former pro-wrestler battling an addiction to painkillers, was found dead in his home on Sunday after suffering an apparent accidental drug overdose, according to his father, Roy Tatum.

"He was in the process of getting his life back together," the elder Tatum said Monday. "He was confident he was going to turn things around, to live a normal life again without those painkillers."

Chase Tatum's wrestling career was unplanned and short-lived. He made his debut in 1999.

But his father advised his son against becoming a pro wrestler.

"How long can you last in that field. They go in with their eyes closed, think they'll make some quick money and then get out."

Chase Tatum retired from wrestling after about 2 1/2 years. His brief wrestling career left him with severe back problems but WITHOUT health insurance to pay for the surgery.

That sucks!

In addition to acting and wrestling, Chase Tatum also worked as a road manager and personal assistant for Outkast. He recently appeared in the comedy Who's Your Caddy? alongside rapper Big Boi of Outkast.

Wrestling is hazardous to your life, y'all.

“As the record shows, I had no wish for these proceedings to be made public, but releasing them in part is particularly unfair.

It seems an overall tabloid-created perception of my personality is preferred to much detail that I prepared for my case.

I would suggest in the interests of fairness, it is now in the public interest to reveal the transcripts of the full court proceedings.

As this judgement is now being used to further my vilification, details contained within the transcripts and evidence will paint a far fairer and truthful picture which is in the interests of justice.

Publishing this judgement is against the principle of privacy expected within family courts. A person has a right to privacy when they a family court and this was taken away from me.

This decision appears to have been taken with disregard for my human right to privacy and that of my daughter.

It cannot be in her interests that one parent is condemned by the media while the other is ‘prtoected’ or even revered.

With my head held high I am glad to be a strong woman and will use my wealth productively and continue my attempts to make a positive difference in this world.

We were intoxicated, both with beverages and with memories of Dead Poets Society. And then! "My wife is a big fat beast," he sang. We gasped, along with the rest of the audience. He called Uma fat! In public! Sheepishly, Hawke broke his musicianly stride: "Yeah, I was very upset at the time."

Wasn't Ethan's rumored infidelity the reason why they divorced?????

Larry Scott, the head of the Women's Tennis Association, issued a strong statement in response to assertions made by Richard Williams (poppa of Serena and Venus) to the international press regarding racism on the women's tour.

Scott stated, “The Tour has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to racism, and I have previously let Mr. Williams know that he should let me know if he ever had evidence of racist comments or acts in women’s professional tennis.”

While his daughters were playing earlier this month in Bangladore, India, Poppa Williams told the country's Deccan Herald, “Well, I’m black and I’m prejudiced, very prejudiced. People are prejudiced in tennis. I don’t think Venus or Serena was ever accepted by tennis. They never will be.”

He said the media treated his daughters unfairly, that it was “the worst media job that they have done on any human being in the world,” and that if he were Serena and Venus, he would have quit playing.

“But if you get some little white no-good trasher in America like Tracy Austin or Chris Evert, who cannot hit the ball, they (the media) will claim this is great,” he said.

The women's tennis head said, “Champions like Chris Evert and Tracy Austin have done so much to help build women’s tennis to where it is today, and it is regrettable that anyone would criticize them in this manner.”

A note to the two of them. Pick up the phone. Get together..talk it out. Trading statements via the press isn't helping anything.

I saw Jake (Gyllenhaal) today! It was at a scholarship luncheon for LA Conservation Corps near downtown Los Angeles, and I was surprised to see Jake Gyllenhaal as a special guest presenter. He introduced two of the scholarship winners, both who overcame some crazy ass odds to graduate from high school (one had a crack dealing mother, abusive father, grew up in foster care and was a drug dealer at 15 but has completely turned his life around due to this organization). Jake befriended one of the students while spending time at the LA Conservation Corps researching a role. Oh yeah, Wilmer Valderamma, Rapper Xzhibit and first lady Maria Shriver were there too. Pretty cool, and for a very awesome cause.

The woman woke up to find she had been mixed up with another patient suffering from incontinence who was to have surgery on her sphincter.

The clinic in Hochfranken, Bavaria, has since suspended the surgical team.

Now the woman is planning to sue the hospital. She still needs the leg operation and is searching for another hospital to do it.

The pair made a very public outing in London on Tuesday night, the first time they had been seen together in months. Rumors began to swirl that their relationship is on the rocks.

Madge and Mr. Madge hit up Harry's bar, but our body language expert, Dr. Perezian, says it's not all as it seems.

"Look at them. Their bodies are not in unison," says Dr. P. "They are not holding hands, and Madonna is covering her mouth - as if she's trying to hide something. They are so over. I give their marriage another six months!"

Mr. Madonna has been noticeably absent for the last few months. Most recently, he failed to attend her Madjesty's induction into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. In turn, she didn't mention him in her acceptance speech. Ouch!

The happy pair have been married for over seven years.

Now, reports are coming from Ritchie's father, John, that his son's marriage is indeed on the rocks.

According to Closer magazine, John stated that Madonna and Guy are "not spending any time together. Madonna is busy in America with the children, and Guy wants to stay in the UK. They won't be spending Easter together either." Easter? Isn't Madonna Jewish? Since when do they celebrate Easter?

John continued by saying that "Guy is very busy over here in England, and didn't make it to her film premiere last week. He spends his weekends in the countryside and the rest of the time in London."

It is also reported that the pair have seen marriage counselors before to fix their problems.

According to John, Guy will be in the UK all year long, since he's working on a script.

Being Britney Spears is not easy, especially when people break the law just to get a glimpse inside the pop star's life. A whopping THIRTEEN employees of the UCLA Medical Center have been fired for snooping on Britney's confidential medical records during her stay there earlier this year. Plus, another six people have been suspended and six [...]

Being Britney Spears is not easy, especially when people break the law just to get a glimpse inside the pop star's life.

A whopping THIRTEEN employees of the UCLA Medical Center have been fired for snooping on Britney's confidential medical records during her stay there earlier this year.

Plus, another six people have been suspended and six doctors face disciplinary action.

So unprofesh!

Employees are only allowed to peruse records if they are directly caring for a patient. Violating that not only goes against the hospital's code of conduct, but its' against the law too.

And, what's worse, the same thing happened to Britney when she gave birth to Small Fry at UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica a few years ago.

"It's not only surprising, it's very frustrating and it's very disappointing," said Jeri Simpson, the Santa Monica hospital's director of human resources, who handled the discipline in the first instance.

"I feel like we do everything that we possibly can to ensure the privacy of our patients and I know we feel horrible that it happened again. I don't know what it is about this particular person, I don't know what it is about her."

Sucks for Britney. Shit, that would suck for anyone!

It's the death of the "Party Houses"!

The City of Malibu has banned those big summer-long, celebrity-infested SWAGfests, PerezHilton.com has learned.

Local residents were fed up with the congestion of partgoers and paparazzi that decamped upon their otherwise peaceful 21 miles of California coast.

Under the new city law, no more than four large or commercial events may be held on a property during
any calendar year. This restriction will eliminate party houses, whose sole function was to conduct
events.

A permit is required for each of the four special events allowed per household. Non-commercial events and parties of fewer than 100 people are not subject to the ordinance.

“The objective here is to eliminate the party houses that plagued the City last summer,” said City
Manager Jim Thorsen.

Oh, well. Don't count the party houses out, though. They'll just move down the coast!

Such allegations have left the star “deeply upset and offended," says her lawyer.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Lisa Marie’s spokeswoman, Cindy Guagenti, said some of the stories had gone too far.

“It’s like, ’she’s gonna die like her father’, ‘her and her mom are in a fight because of her weight’ - that’s not true at all. It’s just awful stuff,” she said.

The title pretty much sums it all up: "She's like, so whatever."

The splashy, showy staging, at odds with Lavigne's early T-shirt wearing, skateboard-riding image, makes for a more production-reliant show than Lavigne and her fans are used to. There are dancers - don't hold their introduction, a flag-waving run onto the stage, against them; they turn out to be excellent - risers, and strobe light effects. But there are nonetheless some shouts-out to Lavigne's skateboard-park beginnings, with skull and crossbones imagery splashed across the stage.

It's all very distracting, but none of it can make up for the worst damn truth about Avril Lavigne: She's not a very good singer.

We all know that Lindsay Lohan can't sing live. However, the out-of-work actress is working on a new album and she's determined to hit the road.

Snicker away.

“It’s more of a dance vibe," Lohan tells Extra of her new album. "This one I do want to tour with. I do want to go big with. I’m working under the label Motown,” she explains. When asked if singer Ne-Yo will be featured, Lohan exclaims, “He will be. Yes, I’m a really big fan of his. He’s great. I’m doing one of his songs too.”

Let's hope Motown is not foolish enough to let Lindsay actually go through with the tour idea!

'I really enjoy writing with Justin….We had psychoanalytic sessions whenever we wrote songs first. We'd sit down and we'd start talking about situations. And then we'd start talking about issues or problems or relationships with people. That was the only way, because you know, writing together with somebody is very intimate….that was fun, because he's open and he's got talent. He's a songwriter. I haven't worked with a lot of songwriters where I'm instantly connected and start riffing and playing with the rhythm of the words. He's as interested in the rhythm of the words as the meaning of the words.'

The reviewer for the Victoria Times Colonnist, who admitted to liking her music, had this to say about her show:

For the most part, I like Lavigne's music and have taken it upon myself to argue the point repeatedly to the non-fans who will listen.

But Wednesday night wasn't an occasion I would go on the record for with unwavering support.

Granted, it was the opening night of her world tour - which includes 15 dates in Canada - but the so-billed Best Damn Tour wasn't even the Somewhat OK Damn Tour; it was just plain disappointing.

Awww, poor April.

Buffy Summers, best known as the vampire slayer, is now experimenting with women.

In a new issue of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer comic book series being released Wednesday, Buffy sleeps with a fellow vampire slayer, who just happens to be a woman.

That's really rare in mainstream comics, especially for a lead character.

Joss Whedon, the creator of the film, television show, and executive producer of the comic book said the story line evolved naturally.

Issue No. 12 was written by Drew Goddard, who's the screenwriter of Cloverfield. In this series, Buffy and her female friend are in bed and naked under the sheets.

“It puts the reader in this ‘Oh my God’ moment,” Whedon said during a telephone interview with The NY Times. “And it puts Buffy in an ‘Oh my God, what did I just do?’ moment.”

Whedon made sure to mention that “We’re not going to make her gay, nor are we going to take the next 50 issues explaining that she’s not. She’s young and experimenting, and did I mention open-minded? You do have to be careful about the message you’re sending out. It’s a double-edged sword. You have to be responsible, but you also have to be irresponsible or you’re not telling the best stories.”

If only we could have seen Sarah Michelle Gellar do that! HOT!

Let us all pray his publicist issues an immediate denial because this is just awful and sad and we can barely type this because we're crying so much.

Patrick is only 55 years old!!!!!!

The Enquirer claims that for the past month he’s been getting radical treatment at Stanford (they have a major cancer center), and flying up there in his private plane.

According to them, the cancer is in Swayze's pancreas and has quickly spread. The treatment does not seem to be working.

Please be WRONG!

And, if they are not wrong….

Let us send positive energy Patrick's way so that he is not in pain and to his family so that they remain strong during this most excruciatingly difficult time.

She did it! Hillary won THREE out of the four primaries on Tuesday night. Clinton had decisive victories in Rhode Island and the important battleground state of Ohio. Hillary won THREE out of the four primaries on Tuesday night.

Clinton had decisive victories in Rhode Island and the important battleground state of Ohio.

When it came to Texas, it was neck and neck but Hillary won the primary, which accounts for 2/3 of the delegates. A bit complicated, Texas also held caucuses and the results of that, which account for 1/3 of the state's delegates are still too close to call.

We're happy with Hillary. We'd be happy with Barack too.

But, we're supporting Clinton, the candidate we feel confident can deliver on the promise of change!

Doperty and his old music partner are supposed to start work on the musical next week at Pete's drug den home.

Barat expects that they'll write 20 new songs for the musical, which will be about the dramz surrounding an up-and-coming band.

And, will the 'fictional' band in the musical be torn apart due to the severe drug abuse of one of its members?

Now, new reports are circulating that the studio plans to release a 3-D sequel to its classic sci-fi movie Tron in 2011.

Now THAT is a movie we'd much rather see in 3-D!

The original Tron was released in 1982. The sequel will, without a doubt, be so much better than the orig!

Technology has come a long way since 1982.

Disney supposedly has Cars 2, National Treasure 3 and Pirates of the Caribbean 4 scheduled for release in 2011.

They don't have any interest in releasing new ORIGINAL material!

Reports are surfacing that ABC is planning to release a High School Musical type of reality show, where contestants will compete in a nationwide talent hunt [...]

ABC is joining the rest of the networks by adding even more reality shows to its lineup. And, they're dipping into corporate daddy Disney's pool for talent!

Reports are surfacing that ABC is planning to release a High School Musical type of reality show, where contestants will compete in a nationwide talent hunt for the best singers.

Those that make it through will study at a music conservatory to sharpen their skills and then each week, contestants will be eliminated until a final performer is chosen.

The show will likely have cameo appearances by some of HSM's top stars. Though, we doubt Zacquisha will make an appearance. He's too above that now. Unless they pay him enough!

ABC is said to be in discussions with a production company to handle the show, though no deal has yet to be finalized.

The show is set to air this summer.

Will you watch, or are you on a HSM overload still?

Don't know, but this sounds too much like American Idol for us. We bet there will be three judges, 2 guys and 1 girl, of those one will be black or latino, one will be the 'nice' one, and the other will be the 'mean' one.

And, of course, ALL the contestants will be gay!
