Cameron Diaz is one of those hippie chicks that takes yoga and shoves coffee colonics up her butt.
The sometimes acne-ridden actress gets all zen and opens up to the new issue of W magazine about discovering herself and shit.
*On whether she dreamed of being an actress when she was a kid:
“Oh, no. I wanted to be a zoologist, to study the sociology of animals,” she says. “But that’s pretty much what I do now anyway. I thought I’d be on the plains of Africa watching lions, but instead I’m in Hollywood watching train wrecks.” And then she busts out laughing and adds hastily, “I’m just kidding.”
*On her goals:
“Just kind of taking more time getting to know myself. It sounds so corny that I can’t believe I even just said that, but, you know, there comes a time when you really have to get to know who you are…I’ve just been figuring out what interests me and spending time with people who are important to me and being present in my own life.”
*On Vegas:
“I looooove Vegas. It’s such an easy trip from L.A., and there’s always a hotel room because there’s about a billion of them,” she says, before adding with a laugh, “but honestly, you don’t even really need one if you’re just going for the weekend!”

The CBS show Secret Talents of the Stars is getting the boot after only ONE episode aired this past Wednesday because the ratings reportedly sucked.
The first show featured Star Trek's George Takai singing, hip hop star Mya tap dancing and country crooner Clint Black doing stand up.
Did CBS really think people would tune into that over the big American Idol gives back show?
Sadly, we now won't get to see the episode showcasing Danny Bonaduce's circus skills.

We don't know whether to believe this or not (probably not), but….
According to new reports, Guns and Roses just delivered a finalized album to their record label, Geffen.
It's only been 14 years in the making and cost $13 million to produce!
That shit better be good!
The record is called Chinese Democracy but there's no word yet as to when it's going to be released. Axel Rose and Geffen are supposedly haggling over money and rights issues.
A G&R reality show is also rumored to premiere alongside the record release.
Just what TV needs! Another show featuring old rockers and skanky groupies.
So we should look out for it on VH1?

The music industry must be getting really desperate for cash money!
Universal just announced that its Island Def Jam branch is teaming up with Procter & Gamble, the big consumer goods giants (P&G makes everything from Charmin toilet paper to Maybelline makeup), on a hip hop label to be named TAG Records. P&G's TAG body spray for men is the inspiration for this label!
A body spray!!!!!
According to the announcement, Jermain Dupri will act as president of TAG Records.
This type of corporate 'sponsorship' of a record label is a first!
We're used to seeing TV content and to some extent movies bastardized by advertisers. But, now music?!
In case you didn't know, the P&G folks are in part responsible for soap operas. Back in the day they wanted a way to push their soap products so they got together with media heads and created programming to put around their commercials.
Anyway, this new venture is a 'win-win' for Universal/Island Def Jam and P&G.
The record company's label artists will get shit loads of support from the marketing gurus at P&G. You need marketing to $ell records!!
P&G will have a direct way to convince young, urban-music-lovin' guys that they need to buy TAG body spray is just for them!
We're not hatin'. We heart capitalism!

The King Is Alive! Looking out-of-it, singer Ryan Cabrera was seen leaving Prince's secret concert at the Green Door in L.A. on Wednesday night with his worse for wear girlfriend, model and Lisa Marie Presley's daughter Riley Keough. We hope these two kids aren't getting into any "trouble" they shouldn't be, if you know what we mean, Lindsay Lohan! At least [...]

We hope these two kids aren't getting into any "trouble" they shouldn't be, if you know what we mean, Lindsay Lohan!
At least we now understand Riley's attraction to Ryan.
He totally reminds her of her gradfather (circa '70s, pill-popping, about-to-die, fat Elvis era)!
